Superb homely trattoria. Super friendly, spoke perfect english. Professional, clean, and do the food that they do best. Small menu at lunchtime and superb. The place was full of locals and on a Wednesday lunchtime. My husband asked for their speciality 'panissa', and he got a portion as a group of locals had prebooked the dish! I had the legume soup, so tasty. If we had more room in our stomachs, there was grilled pork chops and also cottechino with fagioli to choose from for the secondi. We ended with a tiramisu, yum, and a dessert speciality of theirs which is pastry with chocolate, pear and amaretti. What a place! On a rainy Spring day they were a ray of sunshine.

Excellent cousin and friendly personal!!! Typical food!

SPETTACOLARE! se potessi, darei 6 stelle. Cucina tradizionale Vercellese, casalinga. Così come l'ambiente, arredamento shabby molto curato. Il titolare Alessandro è fortunato, lavora con la mamma Cristina (fantastica cuoca) e la zia Maria(ai tavoli) che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Cucina strepitosa, tutto ottimo e abbondante. Mai provato niente di simile. Il tutto a prezzi più che competitivi. Non si può desiderare di meglio. Tornerò sicuramente. Salumi, lingua, lardo; e poi panissa vercellese (riso con fagioli e lardo). Mai provato niente di simile. Top top top
